Premium users can now run DS in their browser without streaming.

Touch screen doesn't work on Mobile but does with a mouse.

Some devices may run into memory issues as the rom sizes are large and safari mobile has a web page memory limit.

I have just allowed it for premium users and not cloud users as I haven't tested the save state compatibility between the two and didn't want to risk losing any saves.

I will add an option for cloud users to use the browser version next week.
