So I finally figured out why the stream would stutter every about 60 seconds. I have fixed it and it's smooth now. I had the relay servers misconfigured and they didn't allow long connections. A new connection had to be reestablished about every 60 seconds. This is now fixed!

You need to update the app by clicking the update button in the header as this is a breaking change :) If you don't see an update button then you are up to date automatically :)
