Keyboard remapping is now available on all emulators. If you have previous set keyboard mappings you may need to update them as they are now enabled. If you have any issues just let me know and I will fix them :)

I had to clear out existing keyboard and gamepad mappings to fix some issues so you'll need to set them again if you have modified them. Sorry about that. This is hopefully the last time I have to do that.
