Common issues and how to fix them.

Poor Performance

If a game is running slowly, try the following:

  • Close other tabs and apps β€” Emulation is CPU-intensive, especially for newer consoles like DS and N64
  • Try a different browser β€” Chrome and Edge generally perform best
  • Disable shaders β€” Some visual filters can impact performance
  • Check your device β€” Older or low-power devices may struggle with more demanding consoles

Corrupted save states

Sometimes a save state can go bad and cause performance issues or other problems when loaded. If a game is running poorly after loading a save state:

  • Try loading an older save state
  • Or save in-game, change your save settings to Latest In-Game Save, and relaunch the game from that in-game save

Can I upload save states from other emulators?

No. Save states are not compatible across emulators or even different versions of the same emulator. You can only import in-game saves (SRAM). To transfer your progress, export your in-game save from your other emulator and import it from the In-Game Saves tab in the save menu in the game menu.

Is 3DS supported?

No. The 3DS is not a supported console.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from Settings > Profile.
